FINANCE AND ENGINEERING IN MICRO FINANCE

The choice of the word “engineering” is not caused by snobbery.  It’s all the activities, primarily intellectual, designed to optimize investment, whatever their nature , in their technical implementation process and in their management. ” It is therefore projects studied in all their aspects (technical, economic, financial, …) which require a synthesis coordinating the work of several teams of specialists. It is in this perspective that we designed our services in finance and micro-finance:

Consulting
1 - Support for Project / Program / Micro Finance Institution management, to improve the quality of management and help sustain operations in the area of micro finance,
2 - Support for the formulation of policies for micro finance by providing technical assistance to governments, donors and other stakeholders,

Evalutation
1 - Evaluations / Studies of micro finance (impact, etc …) at the request of donors and leaders from IMF,
2 - Evaluation of micro-finance policy,
3 - Performance evaluation of projects / programmes / micro-finance institutions at the request of donors and leaders from IMF,
4 - Audit Technical Projects / Programs / Micro Finance Institutions to improve and / or adjust the interventions to maximize results,

Design
1 - Development of business plans for private and public operators in order to raise funding from banks and other financial institutions,
2 - Structuring financing in a variety of sectors,
3 - Formulation of micro finance (business plan) for the promoters,
4 - Financial Engineering in micro-finance (structured finance, mergers, acquisitions, institutional, etc …)
5 - design procedures manual (practical, administrative and financial management, management accounting) for the benefit of IMF.
